Meat Protective Paper

A must have for Butcher and Meat Retailers, the Meat Protective Paper, or Peach Paper have been used by these retailers for many years, usually to wrap or place between layers of meat to retain the freshness of the meat surface and therefore extend the shelf life. With a high wet and tear strength, the integrity of the paper is maintained with the soggiest of meats or meats with bones. Its non-absorbent nature means rather than being absorbed by the ‘steak paper’, all moisture remains with the meat for as long as possible. Two sizes are available.
