Delivery information

We deliver throughout the UK mainland. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery timescales

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch
  • Express delivery: Next working day if ordered before 12pm (additional charge applies)
  • Bulk orders: Delivery times confirmed at point of quote

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery on qualifying UK mainland orders over £150 (ex VAT)
  • Standard delivery from £9.95 for orders under £150
  • Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: Surcharge applies — contact us for a quote

Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

Returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return any items, please follow the steps below.

Eligible returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition
  • Custom-printed or made-to-order items are non-returnable

How to return

  1. Email sales@packfood2go.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will issue a returns authorisation and address details
  3. Package items securely and return using a tracked service

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
