These are employed to increase the shelf life of fresh goods and other products that may be harmed by excessive oxygen exposure. By removing the air surrounding a food product and contouring the bag around it, you can slow the growth of bacteria while preventing moist food from drying out. Ideal for preserving all perishable foods, including meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, fruits, and a wide range of other foods.
