1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the PackFood2Go website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless a trade account has been agreed in writing. Trade accounts are subject to credit checks and our standard payment terms of 30 days from invoice date.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our returns policy as set out on the Delivery & Returns page.

6. Product information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, colours and dimensions may vary slightly. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

7. Custom print orders

Custom-printed packaging is made to specification. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Artwork must be approved by the customer before production begins.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
